As Laboratory Technician, Holly holds lead responsibility for the RS Bruce laboratory. She carries out quality control analysis across all active projects, ensuring results are accurate, carefully recorded and reported to the operations team. Holly also supports the commercial team with new business enquiries, running laboratory investigations on new materials and presenting clear findings. She works closely with operations and commercial colleagues to drive process improvements while maintaining high standards of calibration and stock control.
